What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Instructor position at Club Pilates Sendero?
Join our brand new Club Pilates Bonita, opening mid September 2025 This will be a great opportunity to be apart of a brand new community We are looking for friendly, Pilates Instructors in the area who have the following:
- Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500 hours experience or equivalent
- Experience teaching group classes of 12 client per class & private sessions
- Previous experience working for Club Pilates class formatting a bonus
- Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
- Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical Pilates exercises
- Punctual, reliable and dedicated
- Customer service skills, including professional and effective communication skills
- Experience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systems (Club Ready)
- Maintaining and orderly work space, team environment
