Position: Sales Associate
This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to change lives while growing your career.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll partner with the General Manager to:
- Drive new membership growth
- Connect with prospects and guide them into Demo Classes
- Build meaningful relationships with members
- Deliver a premium, “Blue Carpet” level experience from first interaction to long-term retention

Compensation & Perks
- $12/hour base pay
- 10% commission on sales (uncapped earning potential)

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people.
- 1 year of retail or sales experience required
- Fitness, yoga, or wellness sales experience preferred
- Experience selling memberships or packages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
- Professional, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with social media and client engagement
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → close
- Build authentic relationships with prospects and members
- Conduct studio tours and personalize the experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Promote Pilates as a lifestyle and wellness solution
- Book and manage Demo Class appointments
- Participate in community events and studio activations
- Continuously develop and refine your sales skills
