What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Instructor position at Club Pilates Mount Prospect & Palatine?
Join Our Team
At Club Pilates, we believe great instruction transforms how people move, feel, and show up in their lives. Our instructors are the heart of that — the reason members keep coming back and the reason they reach milestones they once thought were out of reach.
We’re looking for a skilled, passionate instructor who loves the craft of teaching and wants to grow alongside a team that’s genuinely invested in their development. Here, you’ll do more than lead classes — you’ll build relationships, coach members through real progress, and help shape a studio culture built on professionalism, continued learning, and authentic care for every person who walks through the door.
This role is based at our Mount Prospect studio, with the flexibility to pick up classes at our Palatine location as well — a great fit for instructors who want to build their hours and connect with members across our community.
If you take pride in your teaching, thrive on helping others succeed, and want a studio home that supports your growth, we’d love to meet you.
