About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients. You'll play a key role in growing our studio by delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships, and helping members find the membership that best fits their goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and prospective clients.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and supportive studio environment.
• Greet members, check clients into class, and maintain an engaging front desk presence.
• Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person conversations.
• Build rapport with prospective members and schedule Intro Classes.
• Educate prospects on membership options and confidently close sales.
• Assist with onboarding new members and creating a positive first experience.
• Become knowledgeable in our membership options, promotions, and retail offerings.
• Manage member accounts, including billing questions, freezes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and account inquiries.
• Maintain Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Promote and sell retail merchandise including grip socks, apparel, and accessories.
• Assist with studio marketing by capturing photos/videos and supporting social media efforts.
• Participate in community outreach events and local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
• Attend ongoing sales training and role-play sessions to continue developing sales skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Compensation

Paid Training

• Comprehensive 21-day onboarding program.
• Starting pay: $13/hour during training.
• Opportunity for a pay increase after successful completion of onboarding based on performance, reliability, sales results, and alignment with company values.

Commission Opportunities

In addition to your hourly wage, you'll earn commission on qualifying sales.

Membership Sales

• 15% commission on the first month's dues of new CORE memberships.
• 10% commission on the first month's dues of new FLEX memberships.
• Commission is based on promotional pricing when applicable.

Retail Sales

Earn 15% commission on qualifying retail sales, including:

• Grip socks
• Apparel
• Accessories
• TriggerPoint products
