Studio Experience Associate
Club Pilates – Idaho Falls
Club Pilates Idaho Falls is hiring a high-energy, people-focused Studio Experience Associate to help drive membership growth and deliver an exceptional member experience.
This is not just a front desk role. This is a sales service position for someone who loves building relationships, following up consistently, and hitting goals.
In our small-market community, trust and follow-through matter. We’re looking for someone who is confident in sales conversations, motivated by performance metrics, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming studio environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet members and guests with professionalism and energy
- Book, confirm, and convert Intro classes
- Execute consistent lead follow-up and membership presentations
- Support monthly sales goals and studio performance metrics
- Drive retention through strong member relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and data tracking
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and class-ready
- Support retail sales, events, and local outreach
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable in a sales-driven environment
- Confident discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Positive, outgoing, and relationship-oriented
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- 1 year in hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
