GENERAL MANAGER - CLUB PILATES HAYDEN

We are looking for someone who loves fitness, and is interested in being part of a growing company in the Spokane/North Idaho area while growing the love of Pilates in our communities! The ideal General Manager (GM) will oversee all Pilates studio functionality in such a way that creates a studio aligned with our mission, “To create an environment which provides activities, conversations and space to build healthy bodies, minds and souls," while striving to reach the studio’s key performance benchmark goals. The GM will oversee the sales, marketing, customer service, and operations of the studio, and will manage a team of Sales Associates. The GM position reports to our Territory Regional Manager (RM) and Growth and Operations Officer (GOO).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Sales and marketing experience preferred
• Pilates/fitness knowledge or background
• Ability to generate and accomplish sales goals and execute sales training for Sales Associates
• Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, email, and public speaking
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be proficient with social media marketing and communication
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
• Must be highly organized, proficient in data management, have strong attention to detail, and be professional, punctual, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The General Manager’s primary responsibility is to sell and maintain memberships within a culture that fulfills Salubre, LLC’s mission statement. As the studio matures, additional items within the “other duties as assigned” may be added, in total or in part, to the primary responsibilities of the GM, so that overall key benchmark goals for the studio continue to be met. The GM will work closely with the Instructor Coordinator and instructor team, the General Managers at the other studios, the RM, and the GOO.

• Lead generation, including through social media, community events, and networking
• Implement sales process of lead generation, follow up, book appointments, and close sales
• Manage marketing campaigns through email and social media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
• Use ClubReady club management software to run reports, ring up sales, and manage daily lead generation tasks
• Sell available services and packages to current or prospective members, and provide customer service and retention of current members
• Hire, train, and coach Sales Associates, manage the staff schedule, and run payroll reports
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider, handle studio cancellations, and collect outstanding dues
• Order and keep inventory of retail items
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make decisions and changes using good judgment
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire studio, including equipment and bathroom, and keeping items stocked
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $44,500 - $53,000 per year
• Commission paid on sales
• Ability to achieve monthly bonus
• Full time: 40 hours per week
