What You'll Do:

Every conversation you have has the opportunity to change someone's life.

As a Membership Sales Specialist, you'll:

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members through phone calls, texts, email, and in-person conversations.
• Guide guests through our Intro Class experience and help them find the membership that best fits their goals.
• Confidently ask for the sale and convert prospects into lifelong members.
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals and performance expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience by building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
• Support community events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
• Create an energetic, welcoming studio environment where every person feels valued and excited to return.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of sales experience required
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads daily
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Weekend availability required

Fitness experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven ability to build relationships and close sales are what matter most.
