Sales Associate — Club Pilates
Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving new membership sales by bringing new members into the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. This is accomplished through proactive follow-up with prospects, building strong relationships, and scheduling studio visits. The Sales Associate also supports customer service efforts, helps retain current members, and assists with maintaining studio cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (in person, by phone, and via email)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities:
- Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Conduct facility tours while building relationships and identifying prospects’ needs and goals
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce the club’s mission as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current and prospective members
- Book high-quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Make a minimum of 20 outbound phone calls per hour
- Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings, community events) to promote the club
- Develop and continuously improve selling skills
- Other duties as assigned
Shift Times:
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Must be available to work at least 2 evening shifts per week and 1 weekend shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
