The Sales Associate is responsible for driving membership growth through lead generation, prospect follow-up, in-studio tours, and community outreach. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

The Sales Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Generate new membership sales through referrals, grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and outreach efforts
  • Execute the full sales process including lead follow-up, studio tours, needs-based selling, and closing
  • Manage leads in CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Conduct membership presentations that clearly communicate the value of Pilates and our studio community

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first interaction through membership onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals
  • Assist with member concerns and direct issues appropriately to management
  • Maintain a positive and professional studio presence at all times

Grassroots & Marketing Support

  • Participate in community events, local business partnerships, and pop-ups to generate new leads
  • Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives
  • Support promotional campaigns and studio events

Studio Operations

  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities including check-in, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Support studio management with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1 year of sales experience (fitness or membership-based sales preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
