What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Club One Casino, Inc.?
Job Summary:
- Assist servers in greeting of tables in restaurant including (menus, beverages, etc.)
- Refill drinks and pre-bus tables
- Set up and break down any food stations for special events
- Clean casino trays and serving carts
- Maintain of coffee and water stations throughout shift
- Refill ice for bar and beverage station
- Assist bartenders in stocking of glassware, bottle beers, and kegs
- Change of linens at coffee and Polo Lounge beverage stations
- Complete continuing education or training as directed by management
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain pleasant and outgoing personality
- Ability to work with all demographic groups
- Ability to work under pressure with casino and food & beverage staff
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand throughout entire shift
- On call for casino promotions and events
Minimum Requirements:
- Card room work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competency in English. Second language skills preferred.
