What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging, in-person presentations to warm, pre-qualified prospects inside our luxury travel showcase.
- Deliver powerful, benefit-driven pitches using our proven high-conversion sales system.
- Build trust, uncover travel goals, and recommend personalized membership packages.
- Close sales confidently while maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Attend weekly training, roleplay, and coaching sessions to continuously level up.
- Collaborate with peers in a team-driven, high-energy sales environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A driven, confident closer with a passion for performance and excellence.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills; you know how to connect and convert.
- A coachable, positive team player who thrives on feedback and growth.
- A background in sales, luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, or vacation ownership is a plus — but not required.
- Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday, including evenings.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at our Indianapolis (Castleton) location.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
- No prior sales experience required — we train the right mindset
- Must be able to relocate if applying from out of area
Compensation Package
$20/hr Guaranteed Base Pay
