What You’ll Do
- Manage and process incoming orders with precision and care
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Support the sales team by responding to order-related questions and customer needs
- Work with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor project and order timelines, flagging and solving potential delays
- Oversee projects from planning through delivery, tracking key milestones
- Keep stakeholders aligned by acting as the go-to liaison across departments
- Provide updates and progress reports to management regularly
- Recommend process improvements to make things even smoother
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, or customer service
- A natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in the promotional or branding industry is a plus
