JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Supervisor is an experienced leader responsible for managing a team of quality inspectors in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role ensures accountability at both the team and individual level while fostering collaboration across departments to maintain and improve overall product and order accuracy to customer specifications. The supervisor balances attention to detail with strong leadership presence, driving continuous improvement, inspection accuracy, and adherence to company standards while working effectively with peers and stakeholders across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervise daily quality inspections to ensure products and orders meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Monitor compliance with quality procedures, safety requirements, and operational policies.
- Coach, mentor, and develop inspectors to drive accountability, skill growth, and engagement.
- Analyze and report on quality metrics, trends, and inspection results to leadership.
- Collaborate with Production, Build, Shipping, and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Exercise authority to stop production, issue corrective actions, and recommend process improvements when defects are identified.
- Lead problem-solving efforts, driving root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Set and communicate clear team goals, expectations, and performance standards.
- Support company-wide initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Other job duties as assigned.
The salary range for this role is $43,000 to $65,000 per year. This is the lowest to highest salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Qualifications:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven ability to manage performance, hold individuals accountable, and track results through KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience leading quality-focused teams is preferred but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
