Picking Associate - Willowbrook, IL

JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is searching for a motivated Order Picker to support our growing operation. This role is responsible for accurately picking golf club components and accessories using a paper pick sheet and performing restocking of pick locations as needed or required. This position will report to the Operations Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurately pick golf club components and accessories in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Stocking and/or re-stocking of inventory locations as needed or required
• May be involved in other aspects of operations including accuracy of inventory allocations, adjustments, receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and cycle counting​​​​
• Perform other duties as assigned

The hourly rate for this role is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse & picking orders.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
• Knowledge of the golf industry, specifically club components (heads, shafts, and grips) and their vendors is a huge plus.
