Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $50-65k depending on experience
Bonus: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Support Executive Leaders efforts to improve operational performance.
• Excite and empower the team of approximately 15 FTEs (growing to 30 )
• Implement action plans to deliver results.
• Walk the floor and create a strong presence in the Fulfillment Center.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Run, measure, and manage inventory and production process.
• Observing, training and coaching operations employees to drive performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings; set schedules, monitor PTO, etc.
• Provide consistent messaging and communications.
• Manage a staffing plan to drive results.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activity.
• Ensure the building is clean, safe and damage is being addressed and managed.
• Ensure systems are set up appropriately and processes are adhered to, allowing operations employees to be productive.

Future responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, hire, promote, and manage Team Leaders for growing team.
• Train Team Leaders and hold them accountable for performance.
• Review employee and shift performance with Team Leaders.
• Troubleshoot problems and remove obstacles so that Team Leaders can properly manage their shift.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience supervising employees and managing leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Skills in leadership, organization, communication, and cross functional teamwork.
• Emphasis on safety is extremely important.
• Familiarity with golf equipment a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Experience with warehouse management systems required and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to shift priorities easily, and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with the workforce and leadership teams to create a positive environment and culture.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus
• Proven track record of implementing systems, processes, metrics, and KPI’s in a fast-paced fulfillment center
• Strong experience with inventory: both management and improvements. Advance knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high performing talent
• Strong analytical, data analysis, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
