What you'll be doing:
As a Training Team member you will be responsible for assisting with building, and developing new staff members at new location openings. This is a travel position where you will be required to stay for upwards of two weeks at new locations to ensure that operations run smoothly. The Training Team serves as the face of the company for new employees and for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Fill the roles of Car Wash Attendant and Sales Associate at new location openings
- Assist management with training and developing new staff members at new locations
- Interact, communicate with, and provide a friendly and positive experience for our customers
- Ensure a safe working environment for customers and fellow employees
- Maintain a positive image of Club Car Wash for new staff members and customers
- Communicate with managers and your supervisor about new employee progress during the training process
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel on short notice based around new location opening schedule
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have a coaching and training mindset
- Experience with training people to meet the expectations of their job functions
- Reliable form of transportation / Proof of insurance

- Technical and intellectual task-based focus with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience in an expanding culture - comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action

Benefits:
- Excellent pay starting at $22 per hour plus overtime
- $25 per day per diem while on location
