Bartender/Beverage Cart/Turn Bar

Summary:

Responsible for distributing assorted beverages, alcoholic drinks, and various snacks to golfers. This position will be responsible for working the main bar, beverage cart, and turn bar.

• Adhere to all OSHA requirements.
• Practice key bar skills and responsibilities such as serving alcoholic beverages and simple snacks.
• Follow all state, local, and club guidelines for determining that the guest is 21 years old or older before providing alcoholic beverages.
• Train and guide other Bartenders.
• Maintain and clean the Bar at the close of each shift.
• Comply with opening and closing procedures as indicated by policy guidelines.
• Adhere to all Federal and State Laws regarding staffing and operating procedures.
• Follow all food safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned. guest relations issues.
• Adhere to all OSHA requirements.

Certifications:

Must have a Serv Safe Food Handlers Certificate or pass Serv Safe Food Handlers Course within 6 months of hire.

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for long periods of time, to walk, read, hear, talk, balance, climb, use hands, use fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, smell, taste, push or pull. The employee may be required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, or sharp objects. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
