As a Front Desk Team Member, you would be responsible for greeting and checking in all members and offering product information and club knowledge in a continuing effort to deliver outstanding member service and financial profitability.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Use the Up-Selling techniques to promote club services and facilities and to maximize club efficiency.
- Respond to member inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Field member complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for member satisfaction.
- Effectively engage and welcome every member as they check in and thank them as they depart.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Club information including, but not limited to, member amenities, retail product, supplement options and effects, food and beverage offerings, class schedule, PT & Massage booking procedures, and answer member questions and inquiries.
