Something very different is coming to the Quad Cities.
Opening December 2026, we’re creating a hot Pilates studio unlike anything the area has seen before. Elevated, energetic, design-forward, and built around an incredible community.
We’re not just looking for instructors to teach a class. We’re looking for the people who will help define the experience.
THE ROLE
As a Hot Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy, intentional classes in a beautiful heated studio while creating an experience that makes clients excited to come back again and again.
You’ll be part instructor, part motivator, part community-builder and an important face of the brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead fun, challenging, high-quality hot Pilates classes
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and motivating environment
- Deliver safe and intentional instruction with great attention to form
- Connect with clients and help create a strong studio community
- Bring your own personality, energy, and presence to every class
- Help create the elevated experience we want every client to feel from the moment they walk through the door
- Represent the studio and its values both inside and outside the studio
- Continue growing your knowledge and skills as an instructor

You might be our person if you are:
- Pilates certified or currently pursuing certification
- Passionate about movement, wellness, and creating memorable experiences
