Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of our fitness gym. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of all floors and all surfaces.
- Taking out trash and stocking all restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, locker rooms and showers, kitchen areas, and common areas.
- Support commercial cleaning efforts by ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Report any inventory needs and maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is PREFERRED but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
