What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Training Team position at CLUB 24 CONCEPT GYMS?
As a member of the Club 24 Personal Training Team, you will combine your passion for fitness with a professional, relationship-driven approach to help clients achieve lasting results.
This role focuses on one-on-one coaching and floor coaching/member engagement. You will deliver high-quality 1:1 training sessions, build relationships with members, and grow your client base through strong coaching, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
We are looking for trainers who want to build a real career in personal training — not just run sessions. Club 24 provides a supportive, team-oriented environment with the systems, resources, and coaching needed to help you grow your skills, build your book of business, and make a living through training.

Locations: Wallingford, Middletown, Newtown, Brookfield, Ridgefield, Torrington, and New Milford.
- Nationally recognized personal training certification OR college degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to engage members on the floor and build a client base
- Flexible scheduling availability (including evenings/weekends as needed)
