What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Professional position at CLT Paint Cures?
We are an independent retail paint and wallpaper store looking for an outgoing, full-time employee with previous paint store or design experience, or just a strong interest/talent in color/decorating. The job requires exemplary customer service via color consulting and point-of-sale interactions. Spanish speaking is a big plus, but not completely necessary for the right candidate.
Store operates from 7:30-5pm Monday-Friday and 8:30-4pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. There are no late hours, and employees get a day off during the week as well, with rotating weekends off.
Starting wage range is $18- 28 per hour depending on experience. We offer company-sponsored health insurance, matching 401k, and annual paid sick leave and vacation time.
