CLT Improvements is a residential exterior contractor serving the Charlotte market — roofing, gutters, siding, and full exterior renovations. We don't just install products. We guide homeowners through major decisions and deliver projects that protect and improve their homes long-term.

We're not hiring a coordinator. We're hiring the right-hand in the field.

THE PATH

Year 1: $75,000–$95,000

You take ownership of execution: job scheduling, crew coordination, material readiness, customer communication, jobsite quality, and project profitability.

Carl still owns sales, estimating (primarily), and high-level client relationships. You own the job once it's sold.

WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Your mornings start with a full review of every active project. Where is the job in the schedule? Are materials ordered and correct? Are crews set up to win today? Are there risks we need to get ahead of?

Then you act.

If the materials are wrong, you fix them before the crew arrives. If a homeowner has concerns, you handle it. If a crew is off track, you correct it.

Some days run smoothly. Most don't.

Residential construction moves fast, involves homeowners directly, and leaves no room for miscommunication. You will be the one responsible for making sure jobs stay on track, customers stay informed, and crews stay productive.

You will be on jobsites regularly — not occasionally.

You will also be responsible for reporting the real status of every job. Not what sounds good. Not what someone hopes is happening. What is actually happening?

• Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines
