Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our primary care team. The APRN will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, prescribing medications, and promoting wellness and preventive care for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications.
- Promote health education and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Qualifications:
- Active APRN certification and state licensure.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks a plus.
- Spanish Preferred
