What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:
• Preventative care and annual wellness visits
• Chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, etc.)
• Acute illness evaluation and treatment
• Coordination of care with specialists across CLS Health
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
• Build and grow your own patient panel with CLS operational and marketing support
• Collaborate with specialists and providers across the CLS Health network
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource within the Houston community
What We’re Looking For
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable using EMRs (ECW experience a plus)
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in growing and maintaining a patient panel
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Enjoys autonomy, leadership, and practice ownership
• Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Salary : $200,000 - $1,200,000
