Position Overview
As a Senior Automotive Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles while delivering top-level workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- ASE Certification (required)
- 3–5 years professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
PREFERRED:
- Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience
- Suspension, steering, brake, engine, and drivability repair experience
- Experience with scan tools and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Ability to flag strong hours consistently
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
- Accurately inspect vehicles using Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Document findings with photos, videos, and technician notes
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, drivability, maintenance, and electrical repairs
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate vehicle needs clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow shop processes and inspection standards consistently
- Deliver high-quality repairs with efficiency and professionalism
