Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Springfield, IL. The Sales Associate will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and maintain long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, explaining various insurance plans, preparing quotes, assisting with application processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
