Role Description The Cabinet Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO. In this role, the installer assembles, installs, and secures custom cabinets, shelves, and organizational systems according to design plans and measurements. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting layouts, using hand and power tools, performing accurate measurements and cuts, and ensuring clean, precise finishes. The installer will load materials, travel to job sites, maintain a safe and orderly work environment, and provide professional, courteous service in customers’ homes. The role also involves collaborating with designers and team members, troubleshooting installation issues, and completing projects on schedule and within quality standards.
Qualifications
- Cabinetry and carpentry skills, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing cabinets, shelves, and related hardware.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in construction and installation, and ability to follow technical drawings or design plans.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and commitment to high-quality workmanship and finishing.
- Ability to lift and move materials, work on-site in customers’ homes, and stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with a professional, respectful approach in residential settings.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Denver area and a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background check.
- Previous experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or related trades is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or relevant certifications are a plus.
