Responsibilities
- Act as the main communication channel for clients, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Collaborate with internal teams across project management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and personalized service approaches
- Prepare detailed reports on client activity and project progress to inform decision-making
Skills
- Proven experience in account management
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to foster clear internal collaboration and positive client interactions
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and documentation purposes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
