$1,000 Hiring Bonus – Paid after 6 months of employment.
Shifts Available:- Shift 16: 3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday ( $1.25/hour shift differential)
Starting Rate of Pay:
- $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
- Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs, removing imperfections to meet quality standards.
- Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear for continuous production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the Laser Department.
- Use our ERP system and a forklift to move, stage, and store materials accurately.
- Work closely with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to keep production flowing smoothly.
- 6–12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a Clow forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
- Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
