- Report 45 minutes prior to gate opening for each gate.
- Wear assigned uniform/vest
- Set up Evolve System at their assigned gate. Must be set up and ready to go 10 minutes prior to opening the gate. Need Evolve System and extension cord.
- Make sure Event Staff team is at the location 15 minutes prior to gate opening. If missing people, contact site Admin immediately.
- Make sure that 2 tables are at each gate location for the Event Specialist
- Have an admin radio to communicate with Officer and Admin team on site
- Monitor iPad or screen as spectators enter the stadium and direct them to the search area as needed
- Keep traffic moving efficiently by encouraging people to walk normal
- Address any issues or challenges with spectators as needed
- After the game is over, close down all equipment and put away
- Evolve System, extension cords, iPads or monitors, 2 tables
