DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

• Answers new inquiry phone calls.

• Maintains continuous census and/or waitlist growth

• Documents all activity information taken into the company program.

• Conducts the required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.

• Makes a required number of direct inquiry follow-up calls per day.

• Initiates follow-up contact with prospective residents.

• Conducts sales tours for prospective residents.

• Conducts community visits and engages in networking activity for sales opportunities.

• Schedules appointments for tours and lunches.

• Completes required reports.

• Communicates sales progress, concerns and challenges with administrator and Home Office leaders

• Works with Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions in collaboration with Dining Services and Life Enrichment to attract potential residents and tours.

• Evenings and weekends may be required.

• Position may require driving during inclement weather.

• If applicable, works directly with the sales assistant for work week coverage and task completion.

Job Qualifications:

• Free of non-treated communicable disease

• Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification

• Maintain current drivers license

Physical Demands:

• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs.

• Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs.

• Ability to continuously walk or stand.
