Clovernook Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our skilled nursing and ventilator care team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care for residents on ventilators, trachs, and oxygen therapy

• Perform routine ventilator checks, settings adjustments per orders, and tracheostomy maintenance

• Administer nebulizer, bronchodilator, and other prescribed respiratory treatments

• Monitor resident respiratory status, document thoroughly, and respond promptly to changes or emergencies

• Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and on-call team for optimal care plans

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure respiratory equipment readiness and safety

• Support new admissions, weaning protocols, and shift handoffs with clear communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

• Active Ohio RRT license

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• 1 years experience in ventilator/trach care preferred (SNF, LTACH, or hospital; new grads welcome with strong interest)

• Ability to work independently, prioritize safely, and thrive in a geriatric long-term care environment

• Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to resident dignity and quality care
