Cloverfield Roofing & Construction is a storm-focused roofing and exterior contractor serving the Greater St. Louis area. We specialize in residential roofing, siding, gutters, and insurance restoration after wind and hail events.

We are hiring motivated Field Sales Representatives who want a performance-based opportunity with real earning potential and a clear path to advancement.

Compensation

• Performance-Based Pay (No Hourly Wage)
• Typical Weekly Earnings: $500–$2,500
• Paid per qualified inspection, appointment set, and deals closed from your leads
• Unlimited earning potential for top performers

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door field outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Identify properties with potential storm damage
• Set qualified roofing inspections and appointments
• Educate homeowners on the inspection and insurance process
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking daily
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Coachable, motivated, and consistent work ethic
• Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
