Straight talk before you apply: This is an independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based and uncapped — no salary, no ceiling. Our reps realistically earn 75K–$175K per year, and we pay a quick-start bonus after completing training and at your first signed deal so you're earning from week one. What You'll Do
- Generate your own leads through door knocking, canvassing, cold calling, and networking
- Receive and close company-provided leads
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage (full training provided)
- Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process from filing to approval
- Build the habits and skills that our $100K reps run on every day
