Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Scheduler with a minimum of ten years of demonstrated project scheduling experience indicating the ability to manage scheduling on projects $200 million or greater.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules for construction projects exceeding $200 million in value.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management software to create, update, and analyze project schedules.
- Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to obtain necessary inputs for schedule development and updates.
- Communicate schedule updates, milestones, and critical path activities to project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on project schedule performance, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide scheduling expertise and support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years of demonstrated project scheduling experience in construction projects.
- Experience managing scheduling on projects exceeding $200 million in value.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct schedule analysis and identify critical path activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
