Clover Healthcare Limited is a family owned company that specialises in providing domiciliary care. We have full time and part time healthcare assistant positions available.
Brief Summary of Responsibilities
- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of the clients in their own homes.
- To observe and promote the Client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment, and other rights.
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with clients, their families, and friends.
- To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Cover Healthcare Ltd policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Personal Specification
Education/Training
- Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent e.g. NVQ2) or working towards qualification. Desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Experience
- Experience in providing high standards of care provision.
- Experience in meeting the needs and support of Clients.
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Skills and Abilities

- Communicates effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
