Oral Surgeon with Experience Required

We are looking for experienced Oral Surgeon comfortable with all procedures to join our practice. We have a healthy patient flow that can support an oral surgeon. We are looking for 1 day a month.

Pay: You will be paid in several ways as an independent contractor, which has several tax benefits. Here are the components:

• Daily pay - The higher of 40% of your production or your base every 2 weeks.
• We pay 40% of your last 2 weeks of production, vs. industry-standard of 3 months or longer, which is in the dentist’s favor. We own our own lab, so you are paying 30% of lab fees as the only adjustment (i.e. crown is $30).
• Your base never falls off, vs. peers where it is temporary. A majority of our team earns well above their base each payroll cycle.

Clinical Support and Doctor Experience: We have created the best environment for you to grow and perform each day.

• Your Support Team -Having the best assistants and front staff is very important and we make sure you work with the best of the best. We train our staff daily, with weekly office manager meetings. We have incentives and team building to build a family culture.
• Mentorship - You will learn from the other talented dentists and specialists on our team, and from a variety of senior dentists who are always available for a second opinion. We cover all specialties including endo, periodontics, sleep sedation, cosmetic dentistry, and more.
• Independence and Growth - We have an open door policy and want you to grow clinically with us. We encourage all of our dentists to do a wide range of procedures whether it is placing implants, surgical extractions, Botox.
• Technology - All of our offices have intraoral cameras, CBCTs, and we are utilizing AI in x-rays. We have implemented automation for your clinical notes to save you time. We are always looking for new tools or strategies for you.
