Full-Time Dental Assistant — Monday to Friday
Full-Time | Los Angeles County
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team Monday through Friday. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong clinical skills and a great work ethic, we’d love to connect with you.
- Daily Pay: We pay hourly, and we have many opportunities for you to gain full-time hours across our offices if you perform well.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experience
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatory
- Monitor supplies and lab cases
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs
- Call in prescriptions as directed
- Provide clear and accurate post-operative instructions
- Document clinical notes precisely and thoroughly
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice
- High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
- Current Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California X-ray License, and CPR/BLS
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on Saturdays
