As the Hardware Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hardware department. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, merchandising, and assisting customers with their hardware-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the hardware department team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
- Supervise inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to ensure optimal product availability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to create attractive and organized displays, driving customer engagement and sales.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, offering expert advice and assistance to customers with their hardware needs.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric environment that encourages repeat business and enhances customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
