We are a local, physician led in-person and telehealth platform, Cloudwell Health. We have an exciting growth opportunity for you.
We are currently looking to grow our team of clinicians to provide high quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual response to calls and appointments (during your chosen shift)
- Assessment of patient intake forms in a timely manner
- Management, including but not limited to Prescription of medications and treatments, following standard of care
- Assessment of patient via video and phone consultations
- Communication of information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
- Maintenance of patient medical records in the EHR in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- M.D.
- Hawaii Licensure
- Maintenance of licensure
- DEA/NED
- Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong attention to detail
