- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Offensive Security team, including scheduling, resource coordination, workflow management, and deliverable tracking.
- Serve as the primary operational owner for offensive security activities, including templates, documentation, client communications, and internal team alignment.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and day-to-day management for Offensive Security team members while helping maintain service quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience, or the ability to demonstrate successful supervisory skills.
- Strong familiarity with scheduling workflows, templates, client communication, and engagement support processes.
- Ability to directly supervise team members, balance workload, and maintain accountability for quality and timelines.

- Oversee attendance, PTO, and the reassignment of tasks to cover Offensive Security team member absences.
- Monitor scheduling activities, shared templates, and team workflows to ensure offensive security engagements are coordinated efficiently and consistently.
- Determine appropriate workloads for individual team members to balance client satisfaction, engagement timelines, and internal priorities. Reallocate resources during periods of peak or low activity.
- Resolve routine team member questions, provide day-to-day direction, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Oversee execution of quality control processes for offensive security deliverables, templates, and client-facing documentation.
- Work with team members to monitor client and internal progress against agreed-upon deadlines for assessments, testing activities, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues that may contribute to project delays, inconsistent quality, or customer dissatisfaction, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- New team members:
- Support onboarding and training efforts by helping new Offensive Security team members learn scheduling processes, templates, engagement workflows, and documentation expectations.
- Evaluate early performance, identify support needs, and provide feedback to management.
- Existing team members:
- Identify training needs, provide coaching, and reinforce department standards and expectations.
- Schedule routine one-on-one meetings with team members and provide direct day-to-day supervision.
- Provide employee performance feedback and recommendations to management.
- Conduct with employee reviews, performance improvement discussions, and development planning.
- Work with management to identify and track operational metrics related to scheduling, throughput, quality, utilization, and client experience.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within offensive security coordination, templates, workflows, and team execution.
- Implement process improvements and reinforce department standards as directed by management.
- Director of Operations, with additional reporting/coordination to the Director Cyber Advisory & Engineering Director (Offensive Security Technical Lead) and Security Operations Manager.
