Dunkin’ Crew Members are the heart of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages and food items according to brand standards
- Accurately handle cash, credit, mobile orders, and loyalty transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and workstations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to meet service goals
- Uphold Dunkin’ brand standards and store policies at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $13 per hour
- Tips: Crew members typically earn $8 to $20 per hour in tax‑free tips, depending on shift and store volume
