As a Customer Account Specialist supporting Drayage, you'll be a key member of our Operations team, supporting Account Management by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence for CloudTrucks Exchange's growing customer base.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to problem solver – Proactively communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate
- Own the customer experience – Provide prompt, clear responses to inquiries and keep customers informed with timely updates on exceptions and shipment statuses
- Leverage technology – Use our platform to track orders in real-time and implement corrective actions when exceptions occur
- Build lasting relationships – Develop rapport with customers to deeply understand their unique needs and become their trusted partner
- Drive process excellence – Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure account processes and SOPs are documented, followed, and continuously improved
- Work smarter, not harder – Identify and utilize tools and resources that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
- Think on your feet – Offer creative solutions and alternatives to keep shipments moving and customers satisfied
- 3 years in logistics with strong drayage expertise - you know the industry inside and out
