We are adding to our team of top-notch Cloud Value Architects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with 7 years of experience building cloud-based infrastructure and an entrepreneurial spirit in providing world-class experiences to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare clients at all levels, from IT teams to executive leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value, showcasing how Cloudticity’s solutions enhance healthcare operations, improve patient outcomes, and drive innovation.
- Ensure Cloudticity’s solutions meet operational and security requirements and align with broader business objectives, such as cost optimization, innovation acceleration, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Cloud Engineering to design, build, and maintain HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure tailored to the healthcare industry, leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP technologies to support scalable and secure solutions.
- Serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and C-suite executives, aligning cloud strategies with healthcare business goals.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects, using Cloudticity-approved project management tools to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participate in periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests and manage escalated issues.
We are seeking someone with:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements healthcare organizations face.
- Demonstrated success aligning cloud strategies with business drivers in complex healthcare environments, effectively partnering with executive leadership to deliver ROI, mitigate risk, and drive innovation.
- One or more cloud certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert strongly preferred. Additional preferred certifications include SC-200, AZ-500, and AZ-700.
- Five years of demonstrated experience in architecting and managing Microsoft Cloud services, including familiarity with CAF/Enterprise-Scale Landing Zone deployments.
- Strong understanding of Azure Cost Management tools and best practices; experience with Microsoft licensing is a plus.
- Skilled at translating cloud infrastructure data and metrics into actionable strategies that drive meaningful operational and clinical improvements in healthcare settings.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders at all levels.
- Expert knowledge of networking and network layer topology.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of server scripting: PowerShell and Bash.
- Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies, including IaC (Terraform preferred).
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

Please note that our job titles may span multiple career levels. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including skills, experience, business needs, and market conditions. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000–$210,000 USD per year, based on experience. This base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Depending on the position, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation may be offered as part of a total rewards package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
