Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and hospitality-driven Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring a top-tier guest experience, and supporting sales and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve any guest issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product rotation.
- Work with the brewing and marketing teams to plan and execute events, releases, and promotions.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and other KPIs; report regularly to ownership.
- Ensure compliance with all health and alcohol service regulations.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in bar management role (brewery experience preferred).
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer and the brewing industry. Cicerone qualified candidates will be preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- POS system and inventory software experience a plus.

Pay is based on experience. We pay a base salary and an additional bonus system comparing current month sales to prior year.
