Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the comprehensive framework for measuring and reporting brand health, managing brand tracking studies and vendor relationships.
- Establish and monitor specific KPIs for brand campaigns, acting as the source of truth for efficacy and impact.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and regular performance reports.
- Synthesize multiple data inputs to build actionable insights that deliver strategic optimization across all brand marketing efforts
- Design and implement ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects as needed to fill knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing channel owners to integrate brand data.
- Develop and tell a compelling story to the business about where the brand stands and how we can continue to carve out a unique space in the marketplace.
- Proactively monitor competitor activities, Share of Voice (SOV), and industry trends, conducting landscape analyses to inform strategic brand positioning.
- Aid the Senior Director of Brand and Content in foundational strategic projects, including defining brand positioning, structuring brand architecture, and articulating core brand values.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Brand Insights, Marketing Strategy, or an analytical Brand Marketing function.
- Experience defining, developing, and successfully launching a brand health scoring system, brand equity metric, or comprehensive brand tracker used for organizational decision-making.
- Proven expertise in quantitative data analysis and modeling, with the ability to synthesize findings from multiple disparate data sources (e.g., brand trackers, market share, sales data) into a cohesive narrative.
- Hands-on experience managing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research projects, including survey design, vendor management, and interpreting statistical outputs.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data and abstract concepts (like brand architecture and positioning) into clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in connecting brand health metrics and positioning decisions directly to organizational goals, such as product adoption, customer retention, or the company’s bottom line.
