You must be ready to take on the configuration of the Salesforce.com platform including data transformation, UI/UX construction, process automation, and setting security and visibility. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably. The ideal candidate is available to come into the office in downtown Indianapolis no less than 4 times a week. They are interested in working on a close-knit team under their team lead on client projects spanning many different verticals and Salesforce products.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this role is comprised of 3 elements:
- Base Salary
- Utilization Bonus paid based on billable hours (quarterly)
- Variable Bonus (monthly) based on quality of delivery and level of contribution to project
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effective note taking and organization to ensure project success
- Providing regular updates on status of assigned tasks to other members of the project team
- Escalate and mitigate risks before they become an issue
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration with support from technical leads
- Execute basic change management & learning (training videos for clients, tip sheets, regression test scripts, etc.)
- This role may require some travel time, mostly local, depending on project needs. Therefore, we're seeking candidates who are open to and able to accommodate
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
- Clearly articulate the value of the tasks you are performing

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
