Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
- Communicate with leadership to aid in the development of company best practice.
- Relationship building: focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
- Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software. Able to achieve company productivity requirement.
- Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.
Requirements:

Qualifications
- Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA

Pay: $72,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
