We're looking for an Onboarding & Migration Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring a successful and timely onboarding for all new CloudLex clients. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will own the client onboarding experience from the welcome call through "Go Live," with a specific focus on managing the process of migrating client data from their legacy systems. You should bring project management experience, a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help build a world-class SaaS startup.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate and manage the onboarding project timeline, both internally and externally. This includes facilitating welcome calls, audit calls, and data mapping discussions to ensure a successful migration.
- Be the face of CloudLex during the onboarding and data migration process, and strive to deliver the highest caliber of service to our customers.
- Proactively identify technical issues or blockers related to data migration and work to resolve them, ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud-based platform.
- Foster relationships with the technology and data teams to address, communicate, and problem-solve implementation issues.
- Help to streamline the onboarding and migration process by raising awareness of any potential inefficiencies and contributing to process improvements.
- Flag any concerns relevant to individual migrations to appropriate parties to avoid time delays or data errors.
- Create and update all internal documents pertaining to onboarding, data mapping, and migration.
- Ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Some travel may be required for onsite client visits nationwide.
- Main KPIs for this role include: Time to "go-live" and migration accuracy.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on client-facing technical implementations.
- Bonus points if you've worked with complex B2B SaaS products that involve data migration.
- A passion for data and technology—you enjoy mapping out processes and have a genuine interest in how data is structured and transferred between systems.
- A healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing environment.

The target salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. You will be eligible for additional compensation based on achievement KPI targets
